The owner of the hotel is graduated
from American Hotels
and Motels Association-Boston in 1994.He speaks perfect
English,Spanish and Italian.Every saturday and sunday
during the breakfast at the roof terrace he performs
guitar
mostly classical and baroque music
The building was the first petrol-station of Sultanahmet
(old city) area in 1950's. The petrol station was
renovated as
a special class hotel and tastefully decorated.Inspite
of
The small grocer shop seen on the photograph is now
a travel
agency & a change office. The small street next
to the building remains the same but closed to the
traffic. At the end of the
street you will see one of the wellknown Turkish Hamams.
Today we serve special cocktails
& fresh orange juice on
the tables which looks to the Blue Mosque and Hippodrom.
The owner of the station retired but his son &
doughter
are running the Hotel.
One
